1. Tailor-Made & Custom Suits

• No Refunds or Exchanges: Due to the personalized nature of our bespoke and tailor-made suits, these items are crafted specifically to your measurements and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order is processed.
• Quality Assurance: We ensure every custom piece meets our high standards before delivery to minimize any issues.

2. Standard Sizes (S, M, L, XL)

• Exchange Only: Items ordered in standard sizes (Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large) are eligible for exchange only.
• No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds for standard-sized items; however, you may exchange them for a different size of the same product, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.
• Timeline: Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Conditions for Exchange

• To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
