Returns & Store Credit
If you are unsatisfied with an online purchase, you may return the product and receive online store credit for the same amount (excluding shipping costs) for future purchases, provided the return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will not entertain any requests after 7 days of receipt.
The reason for dissatisfaction must be discussed with our customer support team, after which the case will be independently reviewed by management and a decision will be made. If the issues presented are deemed valid, the return of the purchase and subsequent store credit will be authorised.
